After receiving feedback from families across the club, we have made several changes to the registration process and timeline. Please review all of the information on this page prior to registering. Please also review the ASC Recreational Program Registration Policies which were updated October 13, 2025.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available for families who qualify. For more information or to apply, please visit ASCs Recreational Financial Aid Program page, or contact our Financial Aid Coordinator. Scholarships are not currently offered for U4/U5
Practice & Game Schedules
All practice and game schedules are set once registration is closed and teams have been formed. A coach will be in contact with each family once their roster has been finalized.

Coach/Assistant Coach Registration
Please consider volunteering and join the fun - no coaching or soccer experience is necessary.
Parent volunteers will be asked to complete training requirements and a background check before they are able to lead their teams.
All coaches are REQUIRED to attend training meetings according to your age group:
- Live Positive Coaching Alliance workshop (2 hrs)
- Online Safety course (30-90 min)
- U6 - U8 Coach Zoom session (1 hr)
- U9+ Coach Zoom session (1 hr)
- Optional: Live coaching demo for all age groups (1 hr)
Additional details will be emailed to coaches once meetings are scheduled.
NEW Head Coaches Incentives
We will provide a voucher code to Head coaches that register to apply a $50 incentive discount to one (1) child registration for the child they coach. We will not be issuing Head coaches $50 rebates anymore.
IMPORTANT! In order to receive a discount on your child, you MUST register as a coach FIRST. You will receive a VOUCHER code that you will then use during player registration for your child.
